Registration fees

The organizers are committed to holding a safe and secure ICPRAI 2022. We hope the COVID situation in France will allow to hold ICPRAI 2022 in person. A hybrid mode is setup with both on-site and online participants.

The "on-site participation" conference fee includes the proceedings, the conference gala dinner, potential social events and coffee breaks.

Extra ticket for the gala dinner can be purchased for EUR 100 each.

The "on-line participation" conference fee includes the proceedings, and will allow participants to follow and participate in the conference via video / audio streaming.

Important remarks: 

  • For each accepted paper, at least one author has to register for ICPRAI 2022 as Regular or IAPR member for the paper to appear in the LNCS proceedings; It means that a Student registration is not sufficient to cover an article;
  • One (regular or IAPR member) registration covers one and only one accepted paper;
  • Students must provide proof of their status to validate registration (by email to icprai2022@sciencesconf.org);
  • IAPR members must mention in the inscription form the name of their affiliation society to the IAPR;
  • All fees must be paid by credit card during the registration process.
